Free shipping with CanadaPost Expedited Parcel on all Canadian shipments over $100 - including tracking and $100 insurance.

Free Shipping with CanadaPost Expedited Parcel USA on all US shipments over $200 - including tracking and $100 insurance

CanadaPost Expedited, Xpress, and Priority Parcel service levels all include tracking and $100 insurance. Other service levels may vary in their included services.

Fine Jewelry shipments over $500 will be sent insured, express with FedEx in North America. We will contact the purchaser prior to shipment.

Perfume products are only eligible for ground shipment within North America. Overseas orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Taxes & Duties

Within Canada, we are responsible for collecting and remitting the appropriate government and provincial sales tax based on the location of the purchaser.

Outside of Canada, we do not charge sales taxes, although you may be liable to import duties on some items. You are responsible for paying import duties to your country.

 

Returns

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of package to initiate a return.

Items must be in their original packaging, new and unused / unworn / unaltered.

Sale Items, Christmas Ornament + Decor Items, Gift Cards are Final Sales.

Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns will be inspected upon receipt.

International returns should be appropriately and clearly marked "return" to avoid unnecessary import fees.

 

Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Eligible returns will have refunds issued back to the original method of payment.

Special Orders / Custom Orders for fine jewelry are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Pre-orders are not subject to any special limitations on their cancellation and/or return.
